I have always had hair I can only fix one way. I have been to countless
hair stylists, they cant do anything either. One was ok but I could not
duplicate the look at home.

I have a big forhead and cowlick in the fron as well as a slightly
receding hairline on one side.

Here is a picture. Can anyone offer advice?

I think shorter would be better in your case, especially if your hair
is receding asymetrically. IMO you have the face/jawline to get
away with a buzz cut, or something close to it.

I have a large forhead I always try to keep covered with my bangs. I am
afraid to "show it".

My hair is not receding that far but is a little more pronounced on one
side.

I also have a cowlick.
What type of cloths would you recommend wearing? (For my type).

Well, you have to go with whatever is comfortable for you. But
generally, guys who try to hide their foreheads invariably wind up
looking like they're trying to hide their foreheads. It's obviously
a judgment call.

At least from the picture you have a good foundation. Facial
structure, body etc. Which means you can get away with
wearing whatever you like, and feels comfortable.
