I know ZERO about fashion, especially when it comes to buying a suit.
However, I need a suit and I would like to buy a something of good
quality. So, I am wondering if somebody can tell me which of the
following brands of suits are considered the best quality.

Adenti (might be spelled wrong)
Marino Uno
Fusaro
Antica Sartoria
Aquaavita
Giorgio Valentino
Freedom

If anyone knows of a FAQ for buying a suit or some information about
what to look for to identify good quality, I'd really appreciate that
also.

Any suggestions welcome.

In case you are interested, I am planning to buy my suit in Tripoli,
Libya, since I work here. Apparently, good quality Italian made suits
can be bought at a good price here. The brands listed above were what
I noticed in some shops.
